Where property transfers are contemplated, AARCHER provides advanced due diligence services ranging from ASTM E1527-13 (“Standard Practice For Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process”) to comprehensive environmental risk evaluation. AARCHER has provided environmental services for more than 7,000 property transfers.
AARCHER has been approved by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to serve as Third-Party Verifier (TPV)/Third-Party Auditor for organizations working to meet the terms of a consent decree (CD), compliance order, voluntary disclosure agreement, or supplemental environmental projects (SEP). We are familiar with the terms of enforcement settlements and experienced in both environmental management system (EMS) and compliance-focused environmental management system (CFEMS) implementation.
