AARCHER’s Real Estate Division provides a variety of environmental services critical to mergers and acquisitions, property transfer, development, and risk management. Our teams have performed more than 5,000 Phase I Environmental Site Assessments for commercial real estate clients, evaluating single sites and entire portfolios. We have managed and performed thousands of risk evaluations addressing asbestos and lead-based paint. We are experienced evaluating site environmental development constraints, including wetlands, floodplains, endangered species, cultural resources, and other regulated and protected site features.
