Onsite Water & Wastewater System Engineering, Consulting & Design
AARCHER provides design and consulting services relating to drinking water and wastewater systems, including small communities and townships, campgrounds, and private systems. Our experience has been gained performing system design, management, and monitoring reviews of more than 200 separate systems in 36 states. Our staff understands the realities of system design and maintenance, monitoring challenges, and strategies for successful system management. We have prepared comprehensive drinking water system management manuals for Federal agencies and coliform sample siting and system startup/shutdown plans for systems in several states.
AARCHER's Onsite Water & Wastewater System practice is led by Pat Fleming, P.E., LEED AP. Pat is an environmental engineer solving real-world water and wastewater problems as a consultant and former National Park Service (NPS) and Bureau of Land Management (BLM) project and supervisory engineer.
